Who's Who

Ellen

Ellen

After spending decades in Northern Westchester, Ellen's life and work have come full circle.  Her career began as a clothing designer with years spent creating art to wear garments, antique wedding dresses and special occasion collections.  When her daughters were young, Ellen had a studio in Katonah where she gained a true sense of belonging in this community.  As her life path unfolded, Ellen became a licensed Art Therapist, committed to using the creative process to help people explore their personal issues and gain a stronger sense of self.  She has worked in many environments, but the common thread woven throughout her experiences is Ellen's love for helping women build confidence and beauty through developing their sense of style. Ellen is so happy to return to Katonah and to have found a home at Catheine H.

Donna

Donna

Donna has a strong fashion, artistic, and business acumen. She was a television commercial actress, and a top Ford model and working with the likes Ralph Lauren, Halston, and Bill Blass. Regularly featured in Women’s Wear Daily, Donna’s editorial work appeared in top fashion magazines such as Vogue & Harpers’s Bazaar, both in the United States and Europe. Donna later took her creative eye behind the camera, continuing her artistic craft as a photographer, and applied her business savvy to the real estate field in the Bedford area.

Donna is blessed to be the mother of triplets, and a Bedford area resident for over 20 years. She loves incorporating her experiences, passion, artistic eye, and wickedly smart sense of humor when styling women. Donna believes that it all starts from the top at Catherine H., where Catherine has created something special & magical, which has, and continues to, attract some of the most interesting and amazing women.

Marsha

Marsha

Marsha has a strong background in case management, human, and mental health services. She earned a Master degree in Criminal Justice from the University of New Haven, and worked with the State of Connecticut Department of Children and Families, the State of Connecticut Judicial Branch, and later the federal level with the United States District Court. After over a 10 year career full of rich professional experiences and opportunities, Marsha left her career in 2009 to focus on family, and to explore her lifelong creative interests.

In 2010, Marsha was introduced to Catherine H., where she was immediately drawn to the dynamic milieu, and Catherine’s artistry, approach to fashion, and sense of style. Working alongside Catherine has been a true education in styling and fashion merchandising. The common thread in Marsha’s career, and one of her favorite things about Catherine H, is the art of collaboration. Marsha has a sensible approach to fashion, so she loves engaging clients in pursuit of what will best suit their needs and lifestyle. Marsha believes that beauty has nothing to do with perfection, and finds true pleasure in finding beauty and inspiration in the unexpected.

Liz

Liz

A lifelong resident of the tri-state area, Liz has lived in Katonah for over 22 years. She started her career as a computer programmer in NYC, and then moved on to become a production coordinator for a graphic arts firm. Liz then left her career to become a full time mom to three children. Fast forward 16 years, she found herself shopping at Catherine H., and for the first time, her shopping experience was nothing short of amazing. Liz went in to buy a dress, and left three hours later, feeling like a part of the Catherine H. family.

The thing that I love the most about working at Catherine H., is that women walk in not always knowing exactly what they’re looking for, but leave feeling beautiful! Who doesn’t want to be a part of that?

Breezy

Breezy

Insisting on styling her own outfits at the age of three, Breezy has always been a lover of fashion and the way it allows for self-expression through clothing. Whether that meant putting her tights on backwards, or wearing her mother’s negligee to day care, if she had a vision for an outfit she made it happen and owned it. Breezy is a simplistic style aficionado with an obsession over all things chicly oversized, a Starbucks fanatic, and has severe, severe wanderlust syndrome.

With aspirations to be in the New York City fashion scene since a young age, she worked internships during her summers and traveled into the City as often as she could. After graduating from The State University at Albany in 2013, she found herself back home, in Yorktown Heights, searching for ways to get her start in the City. It was an unexpected mother-daughter shopping trip that had introduced Breezy to Catherine H. One look around, and she knew she had found a piece of NYC in her backyard. Now, Breezy is the young gun at Catherine H., and loves making a contribution to the positive atmosphere. *Thankfully she no longer raids her mother’s closet, unless it’s from Catherine H.!
